This place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how lovely and clean everything was. The beds were so comfy, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the little welcome basket with cookies, tea, coffee, and even a bottle of wine was such a nice touch. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We were thrilled to find free parking right outside the front door, and the easy access to public transportation made it a breeze to explore the area. The location was perfect for visiting family and also close to a fantastic shopping center. We even took a walk to the beach, which was absolutely stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we can't wait to come back again!

Garden Views: Sitting in the cozy patio of this charming 1984-built holiday home, I felt like I was nestled in Mother Nature's warm embrace. The lush garden views were so calming, it was like having my very own secret garden right outside my window.

The place was spotless, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts went above and beyond, providing a thoughtful welcome basket with cookies, tea, coffee, sugar. Parking was available, and the beach was just a short walk away. The location was perfect for exploring Sunderland and attending events at the nearby stadium.
One minor issue was the occasional difficulty with parking due to neighbors' unfamiliarity with having an extra car on the street.

My recent stay at Number Four was absolutely delightful. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the hosts and a lovely little welcome basket filled with delicious treats like cookies, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. The property itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, especially the king size bed. I also appreciated that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals. Parking was available right outside the front door, although there were occasional issues with space due to the neighbors not being used to having an extra car parked outside. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from my overall experience. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to Sunderland and close proximity to the beautiful beach. I had a fantastic stay at Number Four and would highly recommend it to others looking for a cozy and well-equipped accommodation option.
